Small but smart – this is the motto of the lovely town Pöchlarn on the shore of the Danube river as well as for the B&B Haus Barbara.
Being a family owned business for more than 35 years we have a record in serving our guests with an individual note. The warm and friendly hospitality as well as the cozy atmosphere is appreciated by business travelers and tourists alike. Haus Barbara offers 9 rooms with 21 beds, from Single Room and Double-bed Room up to a Family Room for 5 guests. You are welcome to pay us a visit, we will gladly accomodate you.

Destination: How to find us
- by car: Motorway A1 between Vienna and Linz (appr. 100 km from each town), turn-off Pöchlarn
- by train: railway section between St. Pölten and Amstetten, railway station Pöchlarn
- by bicycle: at the Danube bicycle track with direct link to Pöchlarn

All rates are applicable for a room per night and include breakfast, local accomodation levy (€ 2.60 per person and night) and 10% value added tax (VAT). Feel free to pay cash as well as by Debit Card and Credit Card.

There is public parking space (for free) in front of the building respectively along Wiener Street.

Do you travel by bicycle? We have a secure room for your bicycle (with charging facility for e-bikes).

If you have special requests regarding breakfast (e.g. vegan or gluten-free food), please inform us beforehand.

Small pets are welcome. For pets we charge EUR 5.00 per animal and night for additional cleaning effort (food excluded).

Cancellation fees (from arrival date 19h00 backwards) are as follows:
- 72 to 48 hours before arrival: 50% oft the rate
- 48 to 24 hours before arrival: 75% oft the rate
- 24 to 0 hours before arrival: 100% oft the rate
